Refund Policy

PROGRAMS & CLASSES

  • Refunds are available up to 14 days before the class, minus a small processing fee (if applicable).

  • Within 14 days of the event, all sales are final.

  • You may transfer your spot to another participant by notifying us in writing.

PRIVATE LESSONS

  • Private lessons must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged in full.

  • No-shows or late cancellations will be considered used sessions.

CANCELLATIONS BY STUDIO

  • If we must cancel a class or event (e.g., due to instructor illness, weather, or unforeseen circumstances), you will receive a credit.

EXCEPTIONS

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Missed classes without prior notice.

  • Changes in your personal schedule.

  • Dissatisfaction based on personal preference.
