Payment must be made in full to confirm your spot.

All fees are non-transferable and subject to our Refund Policy.

ATTENDANCE

Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may not be permitted beyond 15 min once class has started.

Missed classes cannot be carried over unless otherwise specified in the Refund Policy.
HEALTH & SAFETY

Participation is at your own risk. By joining our classes, you confirm that you are in good physical condition and cleared by a physician to engage in our activities.

Please inform the instructor of any injuries or health concerns before class.

Golden School of Arts and its agents are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during classes or events.
CONDUCT & RESPECT

We maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal without refund.
PRIVATE LESSONS

Private lessons must be booked in advance.

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule. Cancellations with less notice will be charged in full.
WORKSHOPS & EVENTS

Registration is first-come, first-served. Spaces are limited.

Refunds and cancellations follow our Refund Policy.
MEDIA & PROMOTION

By attending classes or events, you grant Golden School of Arts permission to use photos and videos taken during sessions for promotional purposes (unless you notify us in writing).
LIABILITY WAIVER

By participating in any activity offered by Golden School of Arts, you release and hold harmless the studio, instructors, and affiliates from any claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of participation.
CHANGES TO TERMS

Golden School of Arts reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.
